kaizen
/ˈkīz(ə)n/
A Japanese practice of continuous improvement, the idea that small, steady changes add up over time. We spell ours kAIzen, with AI right in the middle, because that is where we put it, into the work you do every day.
The kAIzen Alliance
Work that drains you? Handled.
The skills to do it? Yours.
The kAIzen Alliance works alongside you to put AI into the work you already do, and makes sure you can run it without us. We build it with you, train you as we go, and step back when it is yours.
Two paths
Find your starting point.
We work with two kinds of clients. Pick the path that sounds most like you, and we will meet you there.
For Business Builders
You are building your own business and want AI to take the repetitive work off your plate, so your hours go back to the work only you can do.
For Channel and Partner Programs
You carry a channel or partner program and need AI-supported workflows your team can run, tied to revenue and built to last after we step back.
What the Kaizen Alliance Does
We build it with you, and it stays yours.
We are not a fractional executive you keep on the books, and we are not a reseller pointing you toward one more subscription. We work alongside you to put AI into the work you already do, and we train the people who will run it.
Training and knowledge transfer are not extras we add at the end. They are the work. The engagement ends when you can run it without us. A workflow nobody uses is not a solution. It's a slide deck.

Why this is different
One woman. A full AI workforce.
The kAIzen Alliance is led by Mary Ellen Cavanagh, who has held a series of technical, sales, and marketing roles across the partner ecosystem. She was the trusted advisor people turned to when something had to work. In her last marketing leadership roles, she built AI tools her teams used every day, and taught them to use AI on their own.
She built The kAIzen Alliance on AI, and she runs it with AI. It is a one-woman operation, with a digital workforce carrying the work that does not need a person, so her hours go to the work that does. What she builds for clients, she has already built for herself.
How the work gets done
Small, deliberate improvements that add up.
Here is what working together looks like, from the first conversation to the day you run it on your own.
We start with the work.
The first conversation is about what is actually slowing you down, not a demo of something we want to sell.
We build alongside you.
You are never handed a black box. You learn the work while it is being built, so it is yours to run.
We stay until it sticks.
The engagement ends when you can run it without us. That is the point, not a side effect.
Start here
Let's start with a conversation.
The first conversation is free, and it is a conversation, not a pitch. We start with what is actually happening in your work and find the places AI can make it lighter. No slides. No pressure.
