For Channel and Partner Programs

Build the channel program your partners were promised.

Most channel programs look stronger on paper than they feel in daily operation, because too much of the work still lives in scattered systems, manual effort, and individual memory. The kAIzen Alliance helps channel and partner teams build AI-supported workflows and operating habits that close that gap, connect the work to revenue, and leave behind capability the team can run without us.

How we work with the partner ecosystem

The reporting takes too long. Partner content gets rebuilt from scratch too often. Follow-up depends on whoever happens to remember it. None of this means the program is failing. It means the work has outgrown the systems holding it together.

If your team has already tried AI tools and gotten back something generic or unusable, that is common, and it is not a sign anyone did anything wrong. AI is only as useful as the setup behind it, and the setup is fixable.

The kAIzen Alliance works with the person carrying the program. Some are building from scratch. Some inherited a program that stalled. Some know exactly what is broken and want someone who understands the channel well enough to fix it without creating a new problem somewhere else.

Wherever a program starts, the work connects to revenue, and it ends with your team owning what was built. That is the point, not a side effect.

Here is the path, from the first conversation to a capability the program runs on its own.

The Program Journey

A clear path from assessment to owned capability

Here is the full path, in the order programs move through it. It is built for an internal champion who needs a practical sequence and a business case leadership can act on, not just a recommendation. Each step links to the full detail below.

A direct conversation about where the program is now and whether the Assessment is the right next step. No pitch.

Channel AI Readiness Assessment

$1,800 (Paid in full at signing)

A structured diagnostic of how your program runs today, plus a one-page brief you can take into the approval conversation upstairs.

Phase 1: Program Foundation Build

$8,500 (50% at signing, 50% at handoff)

We build your first three AI-supported workflows, train the person who will run them, and hand them over with documentation. You own them.

Phase 2 and 3: Program Build

$22,000 (50% at signing, 50% at handoff)

We extend the capability across the rest of the program's priority workflows, then close with a full handoff.

Program Advisory

$1,750/month (Billed monthly at start of each period)

A defined monthly deliverable that keeps the capability current after the build is done. Three-month minimum. Not a retainer for access.

Program Exploration Call

Start with a direct conversation.

The Program Exploration Call is where we figure out whether working together makes sense.

This is not a pitch about AI. It is a candid conversation about where your channel program is now, what is getting in the way, and whether The kAIzen Alliance is a genuine fit for what you need.

What to expect

By the end of the call, one of three things happens. We agree the Assessment is the right next step and you know exactly what that looks like. We name what would need to be true before the timing is right and leave the door open. Or we tell you directly that this is not the right fit and, where possible, point you toward a better option.

No ambiguous follow-up. No proposal you did not ask for. Just clarity on where things stand.

The call is 45 minutes, virtual, and free.

Channel AI Readiness Assessment

Before we build anything, we map what is actually happening.

Investment: $1,800, paid at signing.

The Channel AI Readiness Assessment is a structured diagnostic built for how channel programs actually run.

It produces two things.

What you get

The first is a clear, prioritized map of where AI can make a measurable difference in your program. Not a general checklist. A specific set of findings based on how reporting gets built, how content gets produced, how partners are contacted, and where execution debt is costing capacity and pipeline.

The second is a one-page executive summary written for the conversation you will have with leadership before anything moves forward. We call it the Program AI Opportunity Brief. It translates the Assessment findings into revenue language: what the gap costs, what the opportunity looks like, what a Foundation Build would cover, and what approval is needed next.

How it works

The Assessment includes two live sessions, approximately 2.5 hours of your time total, and is complete within 10 business days of the first session. You arrive with a straightforward pre-work checklist completed. We do the rest.

What you walk away with

You walk away with a prioritized list of where to start, a preview of what Phase 1 would cover, and a document you can take into the approval conversation.

phase 1: Program Foundation Build

Three workflows. Built, trained, and yours.

Investment: $8,500, 50% at signing and 50% at handoff.

The Program Foundation Build takes the top three priorities from your Assessment and turns them into AI-supported workflows your channel program can use.

Not a prototype. Not a pilot. Three complete, documented workflows built for the way your program operates, trained to the person who will run them, and handed over with documentation that does not require us to be in the room for the work to continue.

How it works

The process is simple. We start with a scoping session to confirm what we are building and set the schedule. Then we work through three sprints, one per workflow. Each sprint includes a working session to map the current process, build work by The kAIzen Alliance, and a review and training session where you confirm it works and we confirm you can run it independently.

What you own at the end

The engagement closes with a formal handoff session and a Capability Handoff Document. That document records exactly what was built, what your program now owns, what was deliberately left for Phase 2, and what to watch during the first 30 days of independent operation.

Your time and support

Your time commitment is approximately 8 to 10 hours over 6 to 8 weeks. The engagement includes 30 days of post-delivery support after handoff.

Phase 2 and 3: Program Build

Phase 1 proves it works. Phases 2 and 3 finish the job.

Investment: $22,000, 50% at signing and 50% at handoff.

The full Program Build picks up where the Program Foundation Build ended.

Your first three workflows are running. Leadership has seen a result. The Assessment identified more than three priorities. Phase 2 and 3 covers the rest.

How it works

The process follows the same pattern as Phase 1: scope the work, build through sprints, review and train as we go, then close with a formal handoff. What changes is the scope. Phase 2 and 3 typically covers four to seven additional workflows, a consolidated documentation package covering everything built across both phases, and an updated Capability Handoff Document that records the full capability your program now owns

What the full build covers

By the time the Program Build closes, your channel function has AI-supported workflows across the full operational picture: reporting, content, partner communication, MDF, onboarding, deal registration, and executive reporting.

Scope and timeline

A mid-point check is built into the engagement to confirm the work is tracking and surface anything that has changed inside the organization. Anything added after the scoping session changes price only with written agreement.

The timeline is typically 10 to 14 weeks. The engagement includes 30 days of post-delivery support after handoff.

Program ADVISORY

The capability does not drift. That is what Advisory is for.

Investment: $1,750 per month, 3-month minimum, billed at the start of each period.

Program Advisory keeps the capability current after the build is complete.

The workflows are built. The documentation is written. Your team is operating the system independently. But the channel program is not static. Partners change. Leadership priorities shift. New tools emerge. Without a regular place to review what is working and what needs to adjust, the capability starts to drift.

How it works

Advisory is a defined monthly engagement. It is not a retainer where you pay for access and hope something useful comes out of it. Every month we agree on a deliverable at the start, do the work, and close with a written summary of what was delivered.

If it is a slow month, the floor deliverable is a 30-minute AI landscape update specific to your program, with a written summary of what is worth watching or acting on. Most months go further.

When something is bigger than a month

When something comes up that is larger than a monthly deliverable can handle, we name it directly as a scoped Build opportunity. You decide whether to proceed. Advisory does not quietly become a way to sell you work you did not ask for.

Why This Work is Different

Channel work has patterns AI tools do not understand on their own.

Partner programs do not fail because one asset was late or one report took too long. They struggle because the work is connected. Reporting shapes executive confidence. Executive confidence shapes budget. Budget shapes enablement. Enablement shapes partner behavior. Partner behavior shapes pipeline.

The kAIzen Alliance brings channel fluency into the AI build. That matters because the workflow is never just the workflow. A partner communication process has to account for tiers, incentives, activity level, sales motion, and what the partner can realistically do next. A reporting workflow has to produce numbers leadership trusts and a story the channel team can defend. A content workflow has to support the partner without creating more work for the team already carrying the program.

AI can help carry the work. It cannot know which channel tradeoffs matter unless the person designing the workflow understands the channel.

A note on fit

The kAIzen Alliance is built for channel and partner functions that are ready to build. Not ready to debate whether AI is worth trying, and not looking for a strategy document that will sit in a shared drive. Ready to map what is actually happening, prioritize what to build first, and do the work.

If your organization is still deciding whether the channel is a real growth priority, this is probably not the right moment. Come back when that decision is made. We will be here.

If you are looking for someone to run your program for you, that is not what we do. We build the capability and hand it to the person who will own it.

And if you are running a formal multi-vendor RFP for an engagement of this size, we are probably not the right fit for that process. The way we work is better suited to a direct conversation.

start here

If the program is ready to build, start with the conversation.

The first step is not a proposal. It is a 45-minute conversation about where the program is now, what is getting in the way, and whether the Assessment is the right next move.
